Uploading Binary Troubles

I'm new to developing and am looking for help. I have created a few diffeent apps in itunes connect (wondering if there is a way to delete ones that I'm no longer attempting to use). I am trying to upload through the application loader in Xcode however it tells me, "Apple's web service operationw as not successful. It also says Unable to authenticate the package 771019361.itmsp. I dont know what either of those things mean. The last issue was an ERROR ITMS-9000. it saysing that the bundle identifier cannont be changed from the current value. And if I wanted to change it I need to create a new application in itunes connect.

This is all a foeign language to me and I am attempting to create this app for my own personal business.
