Q: How do I find the number of characters including spaces in Pages '13?

In Pages > View > Show Word Count

When the word count box pops up, click to the right of "words"  to access the dropdown and change words to characters.

Unforunately, I don't believe it includes spaces.

You should still have it.

Apple left it in Applications in a folder named iWorks '09.
