    close out of the camera app, then double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.

     

    then do a reset, no data loss.  hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

    if reset as raxmee suggests doesnt work try this

    reset all settings

    settings-general-reset-reset all settings

    now reconnect to wifi

    settings- wifi- click network name- enter password - join

    if issue persists back up and restore as new via iTunes
