Hi, I have a 'smartermail' account I would like to sync with my iphone but it doesn't allow me to send mail.


It keeps saying 'it was rejected by the server'


However, all details, log ons etc seem to be correct


Help PLease?

    Are you setting up the email accounts as Exchange mail account type? If yes, does your SmarterMail edition allowed to support this as Exchange ActiveSync would need a separate license - if you are not running the SmarterMail mail server by your own, check with your provider.


    You can also opt to setup the email account as normal POP3/IMAP account.
