"Clean Up By" Option missing, in Finder?

I tried fixing a similar problem because at first only Applications was missing the "Clean up By option", but after trying some stuff in terminal, it disappeared for all the folders. Also, when trying to fix the problem for the Applications folder, I couldn't delete the DS. store file because it would keep reappearing. Suggestions?

the solution by MadCow0014 worked for me too. I just wanted to add the "cause" of disappearing of the "Clean up" option in the right-click pop-up menu. It all started when I used the "Arrange by" option once. If you "Arrange" the files in your folder using "Arrange by" option, you need to revert back the "Arrange by" option to "None", to bring back the "Clean up" option. However, if you used "Arrange by > Name", simply reverting back to "None" won't solve the problem and you need to go through all the steps as mentioned by MadCow0014. It is weird that this happens only when you select "Arrange by > Name" and not when you "Arrange by > Kind" or any other options. So, use the "Arrange by" option wisely.
