Kernel Panics

I recently updated my iMac to Mavericks. It's old-ish (The october 2009) model, but is still compatible with Mavericks. I keep getting kernel panics that restart my computer. It has happened several times, but never on startup only when running apps. It consistently happens when playing Starcraft II (I have checked others are running this game on mavericks with no problem.) and occasionally happens while running other apps such as Chrome. I am very moderatly Mac savvy. I can't seem to get the AHT to work to test hardware, but I used disk utility to verify and my harddrive, but the panics still happen. I have also attempted to reinstall Mavericks. Here is the error report.

My guess would be one of these:

com.contentwatch.iokit.netnanny.service 402

com.spsys.driver.EIOKitDriver 1.0.1

com.spsys.driver.IOKitDriver 1.0.1

com.spsys.driver.ENKEDriver 1

com.spsys.driver.NKEDriver 1

com.ManyCamLLC.videodevice.driver 2.0.10

com.contentwatch.netnanny.BootTime 402

You can check by booting into Safe Mode and seeing if the problem occurs.

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1564

Safe Mode will not work if you have FileVault running. If that is the case, uninstall that stuff and see how it runs.

The keylogger is a product from SpectorSoft. You have to consult its documentation or consult its developer for update or uninstallation instructions. That applies to the other kernel extensions as well.

Don't use third party "cleanup" utilities to remove any of those components; that will only make things worse. Anything that required an Administrator account name and password to install must be uninstalled according to its instructions. If all attempts fail then you can always elect to erase your system and reconfigure it from the ground up. The mere presence of a keylogger would be motivation enough to do that, in my opinion.
