Q: i cannot access my apple id to icloud ...smebody hepl pls ty

It's been 3days since i bought my iphone 5c...finally i was able to set my apple id ..but still can't access to app store and icloud that is why i can't install fb account on my iphone ...even trying to fill the all the blanks correctly ..what i must do?
