Dec 3, 2013 6:42 AM in response to Carolyn Samitby sfowler128,Sorry, the question is about trying to install Mac OS on Windows 8.1 laptop, not install Win 8.1 on a Mac or Macbook which I don't have!
I saw some specifications which say that if the chip is an Intel Core i3 then it could support a Mac OS so I wondered if anyone had done it and whether it works as a dual boot option.
Thanks
Steve

Dec 3, 2013 7:15 AM in response to sfowler128by varjak paw,The license for Mac OS X probits you from installing and using Mac OS X on anything other than Apple hardware so no, legally you cannot. Whether you could do so technically is something we cannot discuss here.
Regards.
