Cannot sync iCloud mail, contacts and calander to MS Outlook 2013.
When I try to sync from iCloud Control Panel (version 3) I get an error message: " your setup couldnot be be started as the iCloud server couldnot be reached".
I tried to log-off and then log-on, but no success.
iPad (4th Generation) WiFi and LTE, iOS 7.0.4
