Q: i have done the steps to restore the ipad2 but it says that your ipad is not built for the restore option please help unable to reset

Please help me to get the ipad up and running want to restore it but dont have the option tried couple of options but it isnt working it says its not built for it. Please help if any suggestions

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.3

What is the exact working of your error message? Did it also give you an error number?

Hi all the issue is error 3914 which is the same that you have mentioned but it didnt do any good the issue still persists so please lemme know if there is any other alternative. thank you

Looks like you either have a Jailbroken device or you are trying to downgrade iOS. Both of which you should have mentioned up front.

We cannot help you with a jailbroken device. If you are trying to downgrade, it isn't permitted.
