I think your problem is with the talktalk modem router. Try using another brand modem router. Installing an Airport card would also work.
Generally, trying a different wireless device would be your best chance of success.
I am trying to connect my emac to my talktalk adsl router via ethernet and it will connect to the router but it wont load in any internet pages like google or facebook, do i need a apple airport to be able to connect or am i doing something wrong??
