Cannot install ezCheckPrinting software.

One of our customers contact us today that he could not install ezCheckPrinting check writer on his machine. (Mac OS 10.6.8). The error message is "Cannot install this software. Contactthesoftware manufacturerfor assistance".

This customer said he had enough permission to install this check writer and there are no other software running on his machine to block the installation.

We have not seen such error on other MAC machines before. Do you have any suggestions?
