Added new email to apple and i cloud address and lost everything

i added a new Email address to my phone and i lost all my previous contacts and Pictures off my phone. Could anyone help me out with this? My phone also locked my voicemail, i dind't even know that could happen....

If someone wouldn't mind helping me with this i would be very grateful!
