my iPad has gone completely dead after flawless use for two years. I cannot access serial number because device will not open. All my other devices work. I cannot get into Apple help because it requires a serial number. I have connected to my Mac but w

My Ipad is completely dead so I cannot open to determine serial number. When I call into support center they want erial number but when I try alternate means it says locked passcode. Will not synch . How can I get help

Your serial number should be on the back of your device. The bottom middle of the back.
