Can I use the Thunderbolt Display as my Windows PC monitor?

I have a 27" iMac and is thinking that I could use the extra screen estate so I'm thinking of getting the Thunderbolt Display. Saves me from flicking between Desktops. But I do use my PC in running Windows-based Applications and I just want to ask if it's possible to connect my Windows PC with the Thunderbolt Display?
