iphone 5s disabled

I recently purchased an iphone 5s. When i switched it on i change the passcode an enabled the touch id. I switched off my unit because I still have to change my sim from my network. When I turn the unit on and entered the passcode, it claims that it was wrong. Need help on how to reset the passcode. I haven't sync it to either itunes or icloud. Thanks!
