I have too many iCloud tabs

I recently had to replace my Macbook Pro's hard drive. The last time I used my computer before I was unable to start it up and the hard drive was replaced, my computer's battery had died. The tabs I had open in Safari before then are showing up as another mac book pro in icloud. Is there any way I can close or remove those tabs?
