iDVD (the best choice) - no longer available from Apple, but still available as part of retail iLife 09 or 11 disk, available at online resellers and ebay. Customizable menus, themes, etc to get a "pro" final result to make your movie look good on TV.
Roxio Toast ($$) - excellent burn software with lots of options, but very limited with customization.
Burn (free) - (or google for others) - very simple, but does work.
Once you get the necessary app, export your movie from iMovie and then insert/drag/import it into the app you've chosen and burn.
