what if somebody gave yhu a phone that was orginal theres and no the phone has be reset to the beginig like when yhu first get the iphone but it still has a password and i no longer have contact with that person

You need the Apple ID and password that was used to activate that iPhone originally. If you do not have this, you need to get them from the original owner. Otherwise, you cannot reactivate the iPhone. There is no fix. It is called Activation Lock and it is a new anti-theft feature.
