Finder Go menu -> Go To... ~/Library, then move com.apple.systemuiserver.xxxxxx.plist to trash could solve the problem.

Why? you are in the Finder, close that window you took a snapshot of that is just displaying some of your computer and go to the top of the screen where the Finder has among other Finder menu bar drop menus.
Boot in safe mode. This will cause certain caches maintained by the system to be rebuilt.
Safe mode is much slower to boot than normal.
When the login screen appears, reboot as usual (not in safe mode) and test. There's no need to log in while in safe mode.
Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t boot in safe mode. In that case, ask for instructions.
Missing icons on mac. What to do? HELP! The battery icon, wifi, search bar, and those back, next logos or what ever you name it! PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS
