Personal Hotspot Connection disconnect after a while

I got the iPad Air and I tried to connect it to internet via iPhone 4S Personal Hotspot. After a while (maybe 5-8 min.)

the connection gets disconnected. After the disconnection I can`t get a new connection again so far.

I tried to restart the i phone and ipad but no success.
