I show up as someone else on people's call display!

My wife and I bought the iPhone 5s recently and whenever I call someone on my iPhone, it shows up on other people's call display as my wife's name. The purchase was made on her credit card but other than that I can think of no reason this would happen.

I've gone through the general settings, nothing seems to do the trick.

Anyone encountered this before or have any ideas?
