Dec 7, 2013 7:22 PM in response to dwightkby actuallymrj,I've ran into the same issue. As soon as I downloaded the iTunesU app to my iPad, the sync icon dissapeared from iTunes.
Update: After posting this response I've gotten the courses to sync. I had to subscribe to the course in both iTunes on my Mac and iTunesU app on my iPad, then go to the sync screen for the iPad and turn on syncing. Hope that helps!
