How do I retrieve or change my iCloud id?

I CHANGED MY APPLI ID. When prompted to entrer my icloud id, Ientered the one I always use but it won't recognize it. I also treid the new Apple ID and that won't work either. I tried the id foe my email and that bumped me out. How do I retrieve or change my idcloud id?
