will apple replace my iPod without a receipt
i have a ipod which has a damaged charging port but my receipt is missing, however it is still under repairs and service cover.
im just wondering what their policy is?

If this says you have a warranty then a receipt is not required

Note however, that sometimed a damaged charging port is caused by misuse and that is not coveed by warranty. In that case
Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for this price. They do not fix yours.
