Q: when I upgraded phone couldn't download some apps without paying again

After getting new phone two apps andrew weil deep calm and vitality cannot be reloaded without paying again

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4

They are the same apps and they were originally bought with the same account that you are logged into on your phone, and you haven't changed countries since buying them ? If they don't show in the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your phone then check to see if they are hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919

They are not under purchased apps or not on this phone apps. How do I find them if they are hidden?
