Q: can see thumbnails, but can't see pictures when I tap the thumbnail

On the iphone 4 I can see the thumbnail in the camera roll, but I can't see the picture when I tap on the thumbnail.

    Hey there Delmi,

     

    Thank you for the question!

    It sounds like you open the Camera Roll and see the image thumbnails, but when you tap them to view them larger, the image does not show at all. I have a few recommendations for this. First start by closing the open apps on the phone.

    iOS: Force an app to close

    Double-click the Home button.

    Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.

    Swipe the app up to close it.

    When you have done that restart the phone and re test the issue.
