So i have burnt some songs from a previous itunes onto a disc and downloaded them onto my new itunes, it wont let me dowload the playlist onto the iPod. How can i do this? Please help?

When i click on the playlist/right click it nothing comes up about syncing, when i try and send the individual songs onto my iPod it dosent work, when i have synced before it has worked but not this time the ipod is synced to 1 other computer,and the songs play in iunes, im not sure what the right boxes are to sync?
