Q: How do I open a second itunes account?

My husband and I each for an iPhone, but we want different aps and use different charge cards. ITunes wants to put both of us into my existing account. How can I open a separate account for him?

iPhone 3G, iOS 4.2

There are various ways to create a new account e.g. via http://appleid.apple.com on a browser, or via a computer's iTunes or on his iPhone : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2731
