If you had OS X 10.8 or 10.8 and set up Find My Mac, there's a chance you can trace it to a rough location by going to the Find My iPhone area on iCloud.com. All you will get is the location of the WiFi router the Mac is connected to, if it is, not the precise location. This uncertainty usually means that the police will not accept such information as being sufficient to obtain a search warrant, though it still may help.

If you did not set up Find My Mac, then unless you had some other tracking service set up, there's no way you can track your Mac. Notify the police and change your passwords.

Regards.
