when i want to download an app it says " This Apple ID cannot be used for the iTunes Store. Please enter another Apple ID"

I cannot download nothing from app store. it says " This Apple ID cannot be used for the iTunes Store. Please enter another Apple ID" when I type my password in it.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

I went into settings, iTunes & App Store and tapped on my appleID, then signed out. I went back into the App Store on my phone and tried to download the app and then signed in again, and it worked!
