My iPhone 5's battery drains I'm 1hr! I've replaced it with 3 batteries, restored my phone from back up, restored my phone as a new phone, down graded from iOS 7 firmware, and nothing works! Please help!

Apple doesn't replace batteries.
Downgrading isn't supported by Apple.
You can't get any help in this forum for a hacked phone.
It's not a hacked phone! My phone is out of warranty and I took it to a repair place (not Apple) and this is what they have done to it!
Apparently you missed the bold part about downgrading to IOS 7 which isn't supported by Apple.
Nether the less, Apple will not touch your phone. Since you had a 3rd party replace your battery and you hacked to downgrade.
Your only option is to either buy a new phone or take it back to the repair shop that replace your battery, cuz they messed up your phone.
