App store on my ipad air says "you can't use this apple ID, please sign in with another"? Why, there's nothing wrong with my account?

I am having the same issue. It is just doing it with my iPad 4. I seem to be able to use my iTunes on my computer and iPhone with no issues.

Sounds like it is happening for a bunch of us. I just got it as well. Hopefully apple sees this problem and gets it fixed fast.

Man! I try everything but my Apple ID is not working in my Apple TV, iPad, MacBook, iMac, iPhone... I think even my fridge is not working! Terrible!!

Logging in and out still not working, tried with 3 IDs in 2 Stores...

I'm wondering if someone borked the App Store again? That this popped up for a whole bunch of people - I too tried the new account setup trick, but it still won't let me get at the iTunes store.

Oddly enough, my iPhone appears unaffected. Weird.
