Q: videos from my iphone5 have stopped showing up on my computer

I have had my iphone5 since may, 2013 and have not had any problem setting up icloud and having my photos and videos from my iphone show up on my windows based computer. I see that the most recentt 20 or so videos from my phone have not shown up on my computer but my photos continue to. I am near the end of my free 5BG of free storage on icloud and am wondering if this might be the problem?

If you're taking about photo stream, it only streams photos, not videos. You can add short (5 min. or less) videos to a shared stream (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmc0cd7e35), but not to your photo stream. Transfer your videos using your usb cable, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
