I-tunes account

I had an itunes account and I changed the email address. Now I can not access the account and I still have about $20 worth of credit. I tried reseting my password using the old email where I have the credit but it tells me the account does not exist. If I try using my new email account it tells me that I can't use this account of i-tunes. HELP? I just want to buy my music.
