Q: the screen on my iphone 4 broke, and i would like to retrieve my pictures, videos and any other sentiment from my phone. not sure how to do this, hopefully you can help. thanks

Hi,

The screen on my iphone 4 is broken to the point it will not show any picuture. The phone is still functioning as far as i can tell otherwise, and would like to retrieve the sensitive information (i.e. pictures, videos, ect) from my. How can you help with reslove this ordeal.

Did you ever sync to a computer? If so, you can hook the iPad to the computer and do a sync to pull stuff off.
