Why can't I use Duplicate Annihilator: Aperture Edition
When I try I get this:
Incredible since I downloaded it from Apple!
MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2009), OS X Mavericks (10.9)

Can anyone else see what John is talking about? I can't.
I'm sorry. I copied and pasted a warning window which appeared in my Preview but not here!
It said that I could not load a program, Duplicat Annihilator for Aperture, that I had just downloaded from the Apple web site because it was from an unknown developer!

That warning is for security reasons. In the System Preferences > Security & Privacy you can allow your Mac to execute programs that are not signed by known developers. But I'd change this setting only temporarily.
