this is possible to downgrade my iphone 4 because its impossible to use with ios7!!!!!!!!!!!

No. iTunes won't install iOS 6 onto a device capable of running iOS 7, and Apple's servers won't activate such devices if it's force-installed.

NO. Once you have upgraded to iOS 7 you are stuck with it. Nothing you can do.
