Congrats, but I'm sorry, no one here can help you. It's an android device and doubtful that anyone here has any experience with it.
I'd look to see if Supersonic has any online help that you can access.

And there are numerous Android user forums you could post your questions to where people would be in a better position to help you (androidforums.com, forums.androidcentral.com might be good ones to take a look at).
Just to make it clear and avoid confusion, you do not have an iPad. That name applies only to the tablets made by Apple. What you have is an Android tablet. I'd suggest you avoid using the name "iPad" if you post in other forums to avoid misunderstandings.
