My iPad will not connect to the WiFi. It was connected a few days ago. After charging it would not connect. It appears to attempt to connect but never does. I have tried the following: rebooting, on/ off, Selecting Forget this network & more

I have tried rebooting, turning on and off, Selecting Forget this Network - reboot - reselect the WiFi, I have tried reset Network settings and Reset All settings. Nothing works. The WiFi works with our laptop and with the phones. The iPad will connect to a WiFi app we have on one of the phones. It is useless without connection, please help.
