My iPhone 4S wont start after the iOS7 update

It Show's a white cable and arrow pointing to iTunes icon in the middle of the screen and wont connect when i plug it in with the computer

i've been trying to reboot it with DFU mode but it says "The iPhone software update server could not be contacted" on iTunes
please help !!

Thank you for the question. It sounds like your iPhone has a connect to iTunes screen, but iTunes does not recognize your iPhone when connected. I recommend the following step:


If you see the Connect to iTunes screen but the device does not appear in iTunes, follow these troubleshooting steps if you're using a Mac, or these steps for Windows computers.
