itunes is not syncing my podcasts to my iphone 4. They show correctly on itunes but my iphone has all podcasts. I've had a look around on here but can't see anything similar, please help how to fix this.

I suddenly had this same problem. After fiddling around with lots of things the past 2 hours I got it to work. Try this and see if it helps you.
Go to Preferences => Advanced, then click "reset cache". Then try syncing. I had also restarted my phone and quit and restarted iTunes so you may want to try that too.
I have to take that back. It finally LOOKED like it was syncing, but I still ended up with no podcasts after the sync was finished. :-(

I'm still using 6.1.3 so I cant run that app.
