I having trobule changing my email address in Icloud. I was able to change my email by not in I cloud. I accidentally deleted all my contracts. I don't remember my password in Icloud either. Can I retrieve my contact and how do I change my ID and password for Icloud.

I did that, but I have 2 different email address one new and the other old (in Icloud) i want to change that one to the new email address. Been searching in help for the last hr or so.
Just what did you do to the account? Did you actually create a new account?
Did y do this:
Apple recommends you change your Apple ID to your current, working email address. This will not create another Apple ID, it will only change it to your working email address. See Changing the name you use for your Apple ID if you'd like more information.
when I go to settings, then Icloud my Apple Id shows up with the old email address. This is what I want to change and password.
What happens when you go to Settings>iCloud and go to the bottom of the page and tap Delete Account?
I was able to change everything on my PC but not on my IPOD itself. I went to Setting, Icloud, delete and it deleted all my contacts in my address book, but I still retain the old email addres in Icloud.
On my pc I was able to change it (email addess)@icloud.com but not on my IPOD
I figured it out and now they are the same.
