How can i get the ip code of my phone?

Are you referring to your IP Address? That would be Settings > WiFi > tap the blue "i" in the circle to the right of tne network you are connected to.

I I forgot how to reset 4 digit passcode on a 4s it's driving me crazy
Connect the iPhone to the computer you usually sync with and use
iTunes on that computer to restore the iPhone.
If that is not what you are asking, provide more details so someone
may offer a solution.
