Have used Mac OS and iWork for years with no problems. New versions of software will not even open files. Very disappointing!

The new versions open my old versions. You must have some other issue. What error messages do you get when you try.
Also note, I installing the new versions doesn't remove the old versions.
“New Worship Music.numbers” can’t be opened. I also get messages to open in Numbers for Mac. This wil not work, nor will the Numbers Beta in iCloud. I have a lot of work in a data base that I can no longer access.

Also in pages I get "indes.xml" file. So many of these files won't open either.
