No audio out of any source on Macbook Pro

I own a Macbook Pro "13 2010 model. Recently I can't get audio to come out of any sources, Headphone jack, internal speakers, anything. I have looked through the form. I have gone through the preference settings and everything is green there. The Headphone jack is not showing a red light and my computer is not muted. My headphone and clean as a whistle. I reall hope someone can help me. I'm a video and audio editor so its a huge deal that I don't have audio at all. Thank you
