I am receiving this error message:

Sorry, I couldn't find a mail exchanger or IP address. (#5.4.4)


when i ask for support i am told i need to empty Cache, however i cannot seem to find the Exchange Inbox or i dont know where i can find my Exchange Inbox to clear my cache...


anyone can help plse?

    I'm going to assume other mail sent to other users works fine.


    Based on the diagnostic from the mail server you're using, the recipient of your mail messages isn't receiving mail for some reason.  Could be a full mailbox, for instance, or possibly the wrong email address. 


    Do you have another means of contacting the user you are attempting to send this mail to?
