Hi sir madam

Because Am change the country. So I will be choose other way for my account get the payment.

Now I can't update any system or games for my iPhone and ipaid.still show me the payment decline .i don't wanna using the bank card get pay anything.i will using the iTunes gift card topup money to my app stone account.so can u help check my account what the happening?give me answer! Why I can't using my id?

You would need the following:

1. You will need to have a valid billing address in the country

2. You will need a credit card with the same billing address

3. You will need to be physically present in the country at the time of
purchase
