SPEAKER DOCKING STATION-WITH BUILT IN MICROPHONE FOR IPHONE 5

Am I the only person who wants a docking station that has a built in microphone? I want to charge my iPhone 5 and at the same time use the Docking Station like a "speaker phone"...to talk on the iPhone while docked, with sound coming from the docking station speakers and NOT the iPhone. I don't want Bluetooth. I have searched EVERYWHERE! Would appreciate any help. Apple doesn't have a solution but I hoped someone in the community might know of something available. I've tried a JVC Onbeat Mini and a Sony Docking Station and in both cases the sound comes through the iPhone and not the dock speakers. Thanks.
