Data fields freeze on IOS 7

On a number of occasions, when inputting data into fill boxes on websites, the box greys out when first touched but instead of clearing and leaving a flashing blue cursor ready for typing, the box remains grey and the keyboard is frozen. This normally clears after about 5-10 secs and once clear, any key strokes made whilst frozen seem to take effect. Have tried all usual resets etc.....very frustrating and happening more and more. Ipad in General seems to freeze or crash with great regularity since IOS 7 upgrade.

Would be interested to hear of any other reports or fixes.
